Hello All:

Sorry that I haven't posted for awhile. I have been out of pocket since I am over in Baghdad. I had really crappy phone service and very limited Internet connections. I also experienced some difficulties signing in top the Polygraph Forum but Ralph has taken of that for me.

I am trying to get caught up on the recent posts so please give me some time to do so. I am available to speak with anyone via this forum or my e-mail address.

I would like to ask BrunswickT about his post concerning the tragic event in Panama City. What was the offenders name? Do we have any idea whether or not he was in any type of a treatment facility? Do we know where he was on probation after he was released. I know there was something about him living in Henry County but that was before he was sent to jail and released the last time.

I would like to check with my sources back home to see if he had taken an exam after being released the last time. From what the post mentioned he was out for almost a year, but some probation officers and treatment facilities only want to test once a year. There is a godd possibility that this offender wasn't tested since he was released.

Hope to hear from some folks.

Take care

DanS

Just a note to say Good Morning Dan. Can you stand up straight there at your height, or has walking around in crouch become more of habit? :-)

Greetings to you on the other side of the globe!

I really don't have much additional information on that Panama City Florida case except for the following;

Date of Offense: 8 July 2008.
Autopsy pending.

Subject: Caylor, Matthew Lee
Male
Cau
Age: 33yrs.
Residence: Auburn, Georgia
Charges: Murder, sexual battery and failing to register as a sexual offender.

Victim: Hinson, Melinda Denise
Age: 13 yrs

Apparently Caylor was already in custody at the Bay County Sheriff's Office for attempted robbery when the body was found.
There was another man reportedly sharing Caylor's motel room, but was not identified, nor charged.
